This movie came out when I was just about to start high school. So in a way, I can so relate to the film because it's a story about learning to grow up. It's just too sad to listen to this soundtrack and remember that Brittany Murphy is no longer with us. This movie's soundtrack is among my favorites. The track, Molly Smiles, really makes me weepy like a little school girl. haha. :p

I bet by now you can see some kind of trend in the music I'm posting here. Well, let me just point out that the best songs out there are the ones in shitty films and slapstick comedy. I guess that's their way of compensating the audience for tolerating their crap for an hour or so.

Anyway, I just raised that point for those who are wondering why the hell I'm posting movies from mediocre films / comedies. If you still haven't noticed that crappy films have one of the best movies... then I feel sorry for you.

Okay... moving on, this film's soundtrack is actually quite nice. It's a mixture of the old and the new so it's a great combo. Don't forget to check this film out, too. It's really funny. :)
